How To Get Involved

Practise the Transcendental Meditation technique regularly: it is like watering the root of a tree. As watering the root of a tree nourishes and enriches every branch, leaf, and flower of the tree; the regular experience of pure consciousness nourishes every aspect of our lives.

Extensive scientific research has documented that the Transcendental Meditation technique develops the mind and body by dissolving deep-seated stresses and enlivening inner creativity, intelligence, and bliss.
